The Clarity & Setup Session is designed to create alignment before action.
This focused working session helps you:

Ongoing Support (As Your Work Grows)
Once clarity is in place, many clients choose to continue working with Impact360 for ongoing support.
This support is not one-size-fits-all and is not task-based. It evolves as your work evolves and may include strategic guidance, content and visibility support, website setup, digital tools, systems organization, and accountability.
The goal of ongoing support is simple:
to make things feel more manageable, more aligned, and less overwhelming over time.
Ongoing support is offered on a limited basis to ensure quality, focus, and sustainability.
Project Support (By Request)
Some needs are best addressed through focused project work.
Select projects are supported after a Clarity & Setup Session and may include things like campaigns, events, website builds, or specialized consulting.
Projects are scoped intentionally and supported when they align with capacity and direction.

Impact360 Solutions Consulting was created to support the people who have been building, working, creating, and helping others for years — often quietly, often without enough support.
Founded by Michelle Sharp, Impact360 works with friends, colleagues, community members, and mission-driven organizations who find themselves at a point where what they’re doing has grown, but the structure around it hasn’t. The ideas are there. The heart is there. What’s needed is clarity, organization, and a realistic plan for what comes next.
Impact360 offers practical strategy and hands-on guidance to help people make sense of where they are, focus on what matters most, and move forward without feeling overwhelmed or pressured. This work is grounded in real relationships, lived experience, and a deep understanding of community-based work, not big-agency models or one-size-fits-all solutions.
